Family Camping Trip

We. Went. Camping.
I am not sure exactly how I was talked into taking a 3 year old and a 6 month old camping...but it happened. Luckily, we got Nana and Papa (Doug's parents) to go with us.  They let us use their nice pop-up trailer that has a little heater to make camping with kids easier.  We headed north of the San Francisco Peaks to take in 2 nights of camping. It was Lilly's first trip and only Charlie's second time.  It was a great success. Charlie was never still. Always hunting bugs, playing in the rain, or helping find fire wood. It was so nice to watch my little boy just be wild and in the woods. Adorable. Doug also took us all scouting for antelope in his hunting unit. He is very excited about his first chance to hunt an antelope coming this September. We didn't find any this trip. We are not the most stealthy group! But we had a wonderful time, and made lots of memories! Thank you Nana and Papa for all your help!
