Yes, You read it right. He took his first steps today....6 days before his first birthday. Here is how it happened.
Grandma Helsel and Auntie Becca were over helping me for the afternoon. Grandma just recently got Charlie a new bright green ball that he just loves. They were rolling the ball back and forth between Auntie Becca and Grandma, when Grandma wants to show Aunt Becca how good at standing Charlie is.
Grandma stood Charlie up...and the bright green ball rolled away from him. The rest is history. That little boy wanted his ball, so off he went! 1,2,3,4 steps in a row. We were all watching with our jaws on the floor. YAY CHARLIE!
My little boy is getting so big! I'm so proud. :)
